Technology and Government Breakfast:
Meeting Needs & Cutting Budgets

Massachusetts is in a budget crisis. How will the state and local governments utilize technology to meet ever increasing citizen and business needs in this time of cost cutting? A panelist of government and technology experts answered all these questions and more at O’Neill and Associates’ summer breakfast. The panelists were Peter Quinn, Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Division of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Craig Burlingame, Chief Information Officer, Management and Information Services of the City of Boston; The Honorable Timothy S. Hillman, MassCourts Project Executive, Superior Court Justice, Trial Court of the Commonwealth. O’Neill and Associates’ own Lynne Mooney moderated the event.
