Construction Reform in the Commonwealth :
Opportunities for Public Sector Projects and Private Sector Firms

O'Neill and Associates, along with construction company RF Walsh, cohosted a breakfast panel to discuss changes to Massachusetts’ public construction laws and provide an informative preview of the regulatory changes on the horizon.

The event was moderated by Chris Gordon, Director of Capital Programs and Logan Modernization at the Massachusetts Port Authority. Panelists included State Senator Dianne Wilkerson and State Representative Martin J. Walsh, both co-chairs of the Commission on Public Construction; Massachusetts Inspector General Gregory W. Sullivan; and RF Walsh President Tim Bonfatti.
