Business Opportunities in Homeland Security:
What’s Next and What You Need to Know
O'Neill and Associates convened an expert panel to provide an overview of recent changes in federal, state and local homeland security funding as well as strategies for small to mid-sized companies looking to market their products and services.
Opening remarks were given by Congressman Stephen Lynch (MA-9), followed by presentions by Joseph A. Capuano, Jr. of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Massachusetts Secretary of Public Safety Edward Flynn, City of Boston Director of Homeland Security Carlo Boccia, and Vice President of Business Development for
