O’Neill and Associates Announces Promotions

Boston (August 15, 2005) – O’Neill and Associates today announced the promotions of James B. Dunbar, Matthew C. Irish, Suzannah C. Munsey, and Christine Sullivan.

• James B. Dunbar has been promoted from director to senior director within the government relations practice. His success affecting regulatory issues and winning appropriations has been a great asset to clients. A graduate of Fairfield University and a Springfield native, Dunbar now resides in Wilbraham, Mass.
  
  
• Matthew C. Irish was promoted from director to senior director in the government relations division. Since joining the firm in 2003, Irish has strengthened O’Neill and Associates’ State House presence with clients such as Hewlett Packard, Safelite AutoGlass and Pepsi Co. A graduate of UMASS Amherst, Boston College and the John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies at UMASS Boston, Irish resides in his hometown of Worcester, Mass.
  
  
• Suzannah C. Munsey, formerly an account coordinator, is now assistant office manager. In this newly created position, Munsey handles the increasing operational needs of the company given recent and projected growth. Munsey is a graduate of Simmons College and a native of Brunswick, Maine. She currently resides in the Allston neighborhood of Boston.
  
  
• Christine Sullivan is now a senior director after two years as a director in the firm’s community relations practice. Sullivan’s ability to forge consensus between real estate developers, elected officials and neighborhood groups has helped many clients reach their goals. A Dover-native, she now resides in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood. Sullivan is a graduate of Boston College.
