O’Neill and Associates Announces Promotion of Wesley B. Eberle

Boston (October 25, 2005) – O’Neill and Associates today announced the promotion of Wesley B. Eberle.

Eberle has been promoted from the position of Senior Account Executive to the position of Associate Director. In his new position, Eberle will play a greater role in expanding O’Neill and Associates’ communications practice.

“His work ethic and commitment to client service is exceptional,” said CEO Thomas P. O’Neill III. “He should be recognized for his many accomplishments.” Eberle’s public affairs and crisis communications counsel has benefited clients as diverse as unions, real estate development firms, telecommunications companies, and retail establishments. Active in the community, Eberle’s probono clients include the Somerville Homeless Coalition and the Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy, of which he is a board member.

Prior to O’Neill and Associates Eberle worked for Boston 2004, Inc., the single purpose, not-forprofit organizing entity for the 2004 Democratic National Convention. There he coordinated media relations during the build-up to the first national political convention since September 11, 2001.

Eberle graduated cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics. He resides in Boston’s North End.
