O'NEILL AND ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS

Boston (February 4, 2008) – O’Neill and Associates, New England’s leading full-service government and public relations firm, today announced the promotions of  Jennifer Dunphy and Erika Soto Lamb.  “These two individuals have consistently delivered results that exceed our clients’ expectations,” said CEO Thomas P. O’Neill III.  “We are proud to recognize their significant contributions to our government relations and communications teams.”

• Jennifer Dunphy has been promoted from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive within the government relations division of the firm.  In this role, Ms. Dunphy will take on increased responsibilities on behalf of our clients’ local, state, and federal government relations efforts and relationship marketing campaigns. Ms. Dunphy is a graduate of Emmanuel College with a degree in political science and global studies.

• Erika Soto Lamb has been promoted from Associate Director to Director within the communications practice.  In this capacity, Ms. Soto Lamb will play an expanded role on accounts such as NetJets, Sovereign Bank, Massachusetts 2020 and the Massachusetts State Lottery in services areas that include media relations, marketing and crisis planning.  Ms. Soto Lamb is a graduate of Stanford University, and is active with a number of women’s organizations in the Boston area.
