Joseph Driscoll to Speak at Boston Bar Association's Public Interest Leadership Program

Boston Bar Association Hosts “All Politics is Local”

Boston (June 21, 2011) – O’Neill and Associates, New England’s leading full-service government affairs and public relations consulting firm, is proud to announce that Senior Vice President Joseph Driscoll will address the Boston Bar Association’s Public Interest Leadership Program on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 from 4-6pm at the Boston Bar Association office at 16 Beacon Street in Boston.

The event, entitled All Politics is Local, will be an interactive discussion aimed to inspire attorneys to become involved with politics within their communities. This panel will feature four individuals who will discuss their personal experiences with running for office and the reward of serving their communities. Fellow speakers include Hon. Maura S. Doyle, Clerk for the Supreme Judicial Court for The County of Suffolk, William F. Kennedy, Partner of Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP, and Michael S. Day, Associate of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. and 2010 Democratic candidate for State Senate for the Middlesex and Essex District.

Mr. Driscoll was a candidate for Norfolk County District Attorney and completed four terms in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. For eight years, Driscoll represented the Fifth Norfolk District, which includes the towns of Braintree, Holbrook, and Randolph, Massachusetts. Previously, Mr. Driscoll was an Assistant Attorney General, as well as an Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex and Norfolk counties.
