The Bostonian Group is a Boston-based benefits consulting firm that provides services to companies with 100 to 5,000 employees. Specifically, the Bostonian Group conducts analyses of its clients’ benefits packages to align the benefit program with the company’s overarching financial and strategic objectives, while providing high quality benefits to employees. In addition, it offers executive compensation planning, retirement and wealth management services and compliance counsel. The Bostonian Group retained O’Neill and Associates to create a relationship marketing plan to introduce the company to high-level executives throughout Massachusetts thereby expanding its reach and supporting its business development efforts.
Solution
O’Neill and Associates developed and implemented a strategy for the Bostonian Group to raise its profile.
