Revere, MA (November 11, 2019) – The highly anticipated Italian- and seafood-inspired restaurant Dryft today announced its grand opening on Revere Beach.

Created by restaurateur Michael Aldi, the Dryft dining experience features a premium raw bar and classic New England seafood selections. Italian-influenced pasta dishes, steaks, poultry and fresh local vegetables complement the menu.

“We’ve been looking forward to this for a long time, and we are incredibly excited to celebrate the grand opening of Dryft,” Aldi said. “It’s a tremendous opportunity to be part of the nightlife scene in Revere and contribute to the dining options in this great community. We plan to become a central destination on Revere Beach for residents and visitors alike.”

The Dryft concept of “Miami meets Boston” is inspired by both the location along America’s oldest public beach as well as the premier living experience that’s been created at 500 Ocean Avenue. The restaurant features seating for 140 and takes advantage of its location with an interior bar and seating facing the ocean. An additional 100 seats are planned for a large outdoor bar area to be added in 2020.

Dryft is located on Revere Beach at 500 Ocean Avenue, a luxury lifestyle community that is steps from the MBTA’s Wonderland stop on the Blue Line and only 14 minutes to downtown Boston.

“We’re honored and thrilled to partner with Michael and we couldn’t be more excited about the opening of Dryft, which is one of the anchor amenities of our 500 Ocean Avenue community and is an important part of the premium lifestyle we are creating along Revere Beach,” said Damian Szary, a principal at Redgate – developers of 500 Ocean Avenue. “It’s no secret that Dryft is one of the most hotly anticipated new restaurants in the region, and we’ve heard from so many new residents and other people in the community about how much they looking forward to visiting this new restaurant.”Dryft and 500 Ocean Avenue add to the growing momentum currently underway in Revere and along the Blue Line corridor, which includes the development of three new waterfront hotels, new luxury residential housing and other amenities. Redgate’s One Beachmont community recently completed leasing all of its units.
