Restaurateur Michael Aldi is creating Dryft – featuring seafood inspired dining with an Italian influence – as construction continues at 500 Ocean Avenue. A grand opening is planned in September with seating for 140, including 16 seats at the interior bar and another 12 seats facing the ocean. An additional 100 seats are planned for a large outdoor bar area to be added in 2020.

“We really looked at the location and the people in the area as we designed our menu. And our creative cocktail program we think will be really special,” Aldi said. “Our build-out at Dryft is somewhere along the lines of Miami meets Boston – with of course the tremendous advantage of having Revere Beach at our doorstep! It’s such an exciting time to be part of the growth in Revere and contribute to enhancing the dining and nightlife options for residents.”

The Dryft dining experience will feature a premium raw bar and classic New England seafood selections. Italian-influenced pasta dishes will also complement the seafood theme, as well as steaks, poultry and fresh local vegetables.
