SEIU Local 1199 VP: Nobody Who Works a Full-time Job Should Have to Live in Poverty
In Tom Farragher’s recent Boston Globe column, he says Dunkin’ Donuts CEO Nigel Travis is “tone deaf” when it comes to minimum wage.
In the column, Veronica Turner, executive vice present of O’Neill and Associates’ client SEIU Local 1199 echoes Farragher’s main shots against the local CEO.
“Nobody who works a full-time job should have to live in poverty, especially when the boss is making 500 times what the average worker is making,” she said.
