Demakos, Mike.jpgWe at O’Neill and Associates are delighted to welcome Mike Demakos as an account coordinator for our government relations practice. Mike Demakos is an alumnus of the O’Neill and Associates internship program, where he assisted the government relations team with developing policy communications and advising clients on local and state legislative practices.

As account coordinator, Mike will assist the government relations team with client management, monitor hearings and legislation on behalf of clients, and provide administrative support. Mike will also file lobbying disclosures and monitor procurement opportunities for clients.

Prior to joining us, Mike gained experience with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, interning in the Office of Governor Charles Baker. In this role, he attended and reported on meetings of congressional committees and the Governor’s Council, helped prepare Governor’s Councilors for confirmation hearings on state judgeships, and performed administrative tasks.

Mike graduated from the Boston College Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences with a bachelor of arts in political science and classical studies. While he was an undergraduate, he served as a junior fellow of the Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy and as the Vice President of the Boston College Men’s Rugby Club. We are excited to welcome Mike back to O’Neill and Associates!
