This month, O’Neill and Associates welcomes back Viviana Jaramillo as account coordinator for the operations team. In her role, Viviana will work closely with Director of Marketing Jennie Hardin and Chief Operations Officer Shelly O’Neill on business development efforts, client contracts, day-to-day social media strategy, internal communications, advertising and event planning.

We welcome Viviana “back” given that she is an alumna of O’Neill and Associates’ work-study program through Cristo Rey Boston High School. Viviana worked closely with the operations team through all four years of her high school career. She also continued to work with our accounting department during her time as an undergraduate student at Georgetown University.

Prior to joining O’Neill and Associates, Viviana served as the new business coordinator at Hill Holliday in Boston, where she worked closely with executive leaders to pitch several Fortune 500 companies. She was responsible for coordinating creative reviews, travel arrangements, and managing the communication and hand-off of materials between departments. As a graduate of Georgetown University, Viviana holds a Bachelor’s of Science in International Business and Marketing, with prior work and internship experience in the fields of new business development and social media marketing. We’re excited to have Viviana’s perspective and input on our new business development and marketing efforts and are thrilled to welcome her back to O’Neill and Associates!
